What are the delivery fees?
Our shipping fees may vary depending on the country where you are located. Please take a look to our “Shipping” page where you can find all the relevant information per country regarding our deliveries conditions: Prices, free shipping and lead times.
For example: For France, the delivery cost is 4,90€ and for all the orders with an amount above 70€, the delivery is free. The estimated lead time (Neon & Wooden keys-chain excepted) is 3-7 days.
How long does delivery take?
Our lead time may vary according to the products included in your order: On each product page you can find all the information related to lead time.
To make it easier: 95% of our orders are delivered in less than 7 days in Europe.
Why some items have a longer delivery times longer?
Some of our products are made on-demand (neons & wooden keys-chains) which explain longer lead-times.
Certains de nos produits ne sont fabriqués que sur demande (néons, porte-clé bois…) ce qui explique des délais qui peuvent être plus longs. We advise you to be cautious about these products if you have a delivery requirement.
Are there any countries where you can not ship?
For the moment, we are only able to deliver 36 different countries all over the world. You can find the full list and all the related information on our “Shipping” page.
If your country is not mentioned in the list, feel free to contact us in order to find a solution.
Caution: The french customers residing in Corsica or in the DOM-TOM must contact us before any order.
I live in Corsica, in the DOM-TOM or in any other non-listed countries but I would like to order anyway, how can I do?

Why did I received different parcels for a same order?
Our products having different delivery times, we send you this order in several times to allow you to get the products available as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
The products I received do not suit me and I want to return them, what should I do?
If you wish to return your products, you have 14 days of withdrawal. For this, nothing more simple, go to your personal space in the "Product Returns" section.
Caution: This return possibility is not applicable for international orders delivered outside the European Union.
The products I received arrived damaged, what should I do?
